All sales of Am I Who I Needed Then are final. Because each order is printed and fulfilled specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your book arrives with any issues (such as printing errors, missing pages, or damage during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue at aiwintbook@gmail.com. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect mailing addresses, or change-of-mind cancellations after purchase.

Shipping Policy

All preorders of Am I Who I Needed Then will begin shipping the week of the official release date — November 29, 2025. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow 5–7 business days for standard U.S. delivery once your package is shipped. International orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on customs and location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or unclaimed packages.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to aiwintbook@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) and we’ll make it right.
