Hear me out! LOL I am TIRED of the turkey burger slander. I totally understand that everyone doesn't know how to make a good (moist) turkey burger because I will say turkey meat seems so naturally dry so it's all about what you're doing to prevent biting into a dry burger. You might look at this recipe and say "no way" but I promise, give it a chance... I will never make my turkey burgers any other way.

Ingredients:
3 lb ground turkey
1/3 cup Olive oil Mayonnaise (or regular or Miracle Whip)
1/3 cup Breadcrumbs
1 egg
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dijon mustard (OPTIONAL)
2 tbsp parsley
garlic powder
onion powder
paprika
Spray oil/or butter
Olive oil or canola/vegetable
Sliced cheese (I used American)
Queso Cheese (optional)
Shredded lettuce ( or spinach )
hawaiin slider buns (or hawaiin rolls)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix your ground turkey, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, worcestershire sauce (about 4 shakes) and dijon (if you're using it) together. Then, season with parsley, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder and further to your liking if necessary.
2. Shape your meat into slider size patties. Place patties on plates or your cutting board.
3. In a skillet, heat about 1 tbsp of oil. Cook your patties on medium heat, flipping only once.
4. While your patties are cooking and your hands are free, preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and grab a baking sheet or two and place your slider bottoms on the pan(s) and let's get wild. Grab your queso (if you decided to use queso) and evenly spread onto each bottom. Once your patties are finished place them directly onto your bottoms.
5. Grab your sliced cheese and put a small piece onto each slider, following with one more small amount of queso on top of that cheese. (lol sorry i'm a cheesy gal. you can also skip this step and just use your sliced cheese) Follow your cheese with your shredded lettuce/spinach and place a light amount throughout your sliders.
(optional) make a quick spread for your top buns, using the seasonings, worcetsershire sauce, and mayo that you used previously and combine until smooth. Evenly coat your top buns as you place them.
6. After placing your top buns onto your sliders, spray a quick layer of pam onto buns and pop into oven preheated to 350° for about 5 minutes for that final mouth watering, eye atching, taste-bud attack.
7. Enjoy!
This is one of my favorite quick recipes. Sometimes, what's also good on these sliders are grilled onions. I also have about 3 other turkey burger recipes, let me know if you guys try this one and how you liked it! I'll have to share the others! Catch you next time.
